When hovering over items in the toolbar: I get to see tooltips!
But that's all.
It does not show at all in the toolbox, requesters, or palettes.

Tooltips seem to work in toolbox and toolbar but not in the edit palette.

There are alot of buttons that are available and that become available depending on what you are doing, tooltips here would be very useful, particularly for occasional users.
