In at least some cases the TOC generation yields the wrong page number. For example, this has been observed when the style generating the entry is the very first entity at the start of a page other than the first in a multipage article. Specifically, the text codes look like: <\p>@PStyleInTOC:Some Header

Not sure what the style has to do with the toc page number, but do you have a document I can see this with and steps to reproduce?

The style tag has to do with it because ToC generation is based on styles having the "include in ToC" checkbox.

The styles being at the start of a page does not appear to have had anything to do with this. Simply put, it was always associating the previous toc entry page with the current, so only those on the same page or first page displayed correctly. I think At least it appears fixed now.
