Chapter Arrangement
You can add, delete and reorder chapters and subchapters. The ''Document'' palette is used for all chapter arrangement tasks. Choose ''Show Document Palette'' from the ''Window'' menu to display the ''Document'' palette.
To add a new chapter after other chapters at the document level: Drag the ''New Chapter'' icon onto the document icon. The document icon will be highlighted when you have correctly positioned the ''New Chapter'' icon.
To add a new chapter between existing chapters: Drag the ''New Chapter'' icon between the other chapter icons. A horizontal bar will appear between the icons of the existing chapters when you have correctly positioned the chapter icon.
To add a new subchapter inside of a chapter: Drag the ''New Chapter'' icon onto the desired chapter icon. The chapter icon will be highlighted when you have correctly positioned the ''New Chapter'' icon.
When you add a chapter, the ''Chapter Setup'' dialog box will appear. Enter a name for the chapter, set its pagination options, and click ''OK''.

To reorder chapters: Drag a chapter icon to another position in the scrolling list. A horizontal bar will appear between the icons of the existing chapters when you have correctly positioned the chapter icon. You can move chapters within their current document or chapter level, or move chapters into other chapters, or from a chapter to the document level.
To delete a chapter: Drag the chapter icon to the palette's ''Trash'' icon.
