In the scripts subwindow:
-define a script (i.e. with "Start recording" menu)
-set: shortcut i.e. F3, display in menu
-press Done

-->in the scripts windows any shortcut is displayed (F1 .. Fn)
just the arrow-up for the "shift" key;
and pressing F3 nothing happens.

In the previous versions (5.0.4.46pro) it worked (but cut'n paste objects wasn't working here)

p.s.
also at the start of PGS in the Scripts-window the Fxx keys are not displayed

This was actually reported on the Support list a few days after release. It is not Windows specific either! It has been fixed for the next release. Thanks for the report.
