I save pdf object rotated in .pgs document. object is not rotated in .pdf version

Rotated objects to PDF was fixed some time ago, and I just tested to verify that it remains fixed. Are you sure you were using 5.0.4.31? If so, please attach a sample document (as simple as possible) that exhibits this problem so I can reproduce this issue.
