Attempting to scroll the document palette listing with the touch pad results in the document window scrolling instead. Further, scrolling via the scroll gadget results in video trash at the top of the list. What appears to happen is the items scroll up above where they should and are not erased so multiple folder icons get displayed. | |

Fixed the scrolling issue so that the document doesn't scroll when mouse-wheeling outside of document window, and added mouse-wheel scrolling to lists and drawings with scrollbars.
